Grounded Generation And Wizard Hardening

Document generation is now more reliable, more grounded in retrieved FAR support, and less likely to stall on longer packages.

  • Moved initiative and package document generation off the older tool-loop drafting path and onto deterministic FAR retrieval plus direct drafting.
  • Added explicit grounding checks, repair passes, and authority validation so generated documents are less likely to include unsupported FAR citations.
  • Hardened wizard behavior around procurement-path resolution, PSC lookups, and long-form package generation for simplified and full-FAR procurements.

Quick Chat History And Recovery

Quick Chat now starts a fresh session while making saved conversations easier to resume and less brittle during transient errors.

  • Quick Chat starts a new chat again instead of silently dropping users into an older thread.
  • Added a recent-chats list inside the chat workspace so saved advisory conversations are easier to reopen.
  • Improved session persistence and response parsing so transient server errors are less likely to show up as raw JSON failures in the chat UI.

Help & Updates Center

A new in-app destination for release notes and a practical user guide is now available.

  • Added a user guide that explains where to start, how to navigate the major workspaces, and when to use each area.
  • Added dashboard and sign-in-page entry points so support content is easier to discover.

Initiative Hub Collaboration

Procurement work can now be tracked as initiatives with shared documents, activity history, and task management.

  • Wizard sessions can be carried into an initiative workspace for ongoing package work.
  • Initiatives track generated documents, activity, team members, and tasks in one place.
  • Document generation, exports, and collaboration features are organized around the initiative hub.

How to navigate TurboProcure

Back to updates

Start With The Right Workspace

Most users begin in the package wizard, then continue work from the dashboard and initiative hub.

  1. Use the Package Wizard when you need to collect requirements and decide the right procurement path.
  2. Use the Dashboard to resume existing work, review notifications, and jump into other product areas.
  3. Use the Initiative Hub after a procurement is underway and you need a stable workspace for documents, tasks, and team coordination.

Generate And Refine Documents

TurboProcure supports both guided document generation and lighter-weight advisory help.

  1. Use the wizard to gather the facts needed for package documents like SOW, IGCE, and market research.
  2. Use Quick Chat when you want FAR guidance, follow-up questions, or refinement help outside the guided wizard flow.
  3. Start a fresh Quick Chat from the main entrypoint, then use the recent-chats list inside the workspace whenever you need to resume an older advisory thread.
  4. Use Document Templates to understand which forms and generated artifacts apply to different procurement paths.

Collaborate, Track, And Export

Once work is in an initiative, TurboProcure becomes the coordination layer for package development.

  1. Review activities to understand what changed and when.
  2. Assign team members and tasks to keep work moving toward package completion.
  3. Use preview, export, memo, and download actions from the initiative workspace when you need deliverables for review.

Use Evaluations For Source Selection

The evaluation area is separate from the package wizard and is intended for proposal review and scoring workflows.

  1. Create an evaluation when you need offeror-by-offeror review instead of package generation.
  2. Add categories, assign evaluators, upload proposal files, and capture findings in the evaluation workspace.
  3. Use evaluation-specific AI tools for compliance checks, annotation feedback, and proposal analysis.
